JAHO provides affordable rental homes for low- to moderate-income families and individuals in:

  • Madison County
  • Crockett County
  • Gibson County
  • Haywood County

Eligibility is based on income, rental history, background screening, and availability.

What You’ll Need Before You Apply

  • Full legal names, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers for all household members
  • Landlord contact information
  • Employment history and employer contacts
  • Monthly income for each household member
  • Monthly housing expenses & debts
  • Section 8 information (if applicable)
  • Honest answers regarding eviction, bankruptcy, or criminal history
